Remodeling the spare bathroom was incredibly important to me. Just one glimpse of the original builder’s grade mirror made me cringe. So, I took a painter’s key and duck tape and got to work this weekend. If you’re planning on replicating this builder’s grade mirror project, please be careful and wear long sleeves, leather gloves and protective eye wear.
[Step One: Take your duct tape and cover as much of the mirror in a diamond-like pattern. I would have used more tape, but this is all I had.]
[Step Two: Take a painter's key and dig it under all the edges of the mirror and try to find a 'weak' spot. I kept pulling and pulling and it eventually fell into 4 large pieces. Try and grab them before they fall off the wall or you will have to sweep up tons of broken glass.]
[Step Three: When you're all done ripping the mirror off, this is what the wall will look like. This is the glue adhesive the builder's used to adhere the mirror to the wall. I used sand paper and the painter's key to remove it. And then patched the walls and painted!]

Wow, the finished bathroom looks stunning! Loving the updates on your new abode
Thanks Jenn! I’ve been lovingggg your nail art – so inspirational XO
